Week 10 Reflection 9 ( Kuan Yung )
We have finished carrying out our survey and Kai Xiang ( Thanks ! ) has posted the results on the blog already ( Go check it out ).
Carrying out the survey : I asked my friends through Facebook, MSN and SMSes to help me do the survey.
Problems faced : Not everyone took the survey seriously and some gave nonsense-answers in the non-MCQ questions.
Its time to reflect ! :
3 Things I have learnt :
- Teamwork skills
- Gathering survey results
- Carrying out surveys
- The different replies and views from people who took the survey
- The different type of ways surveys are carried out
1 Thing I found difficult and how I overcame it :
- Asking people to take the survey as many are reluctant to do so. Asked many people to take the survey as out of 10 people I ask, at least 5 will do so.
From the results : Our game should roughly be something like this
- Role-playing
- Players play against each other
- Board game with cards
- Game can be finished in 1 hour
- 4-5 players maximum
I think we are slightly behind time and should do our tasks faster now so we can complete the game and concentrate on our studies. Thanks
