It's definitely not enough to depend on the weekly 1/2 hour GRACE period to complete the weekly task, unless like what you said, everyone is efficient and focussed and do their homework before coming. (how many of you actually read the PPT and worksheet before coming?)
It is sometimes neccessary to take the initiative to organise among yourselves to complete what needs to be done.
